Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing

All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.
Once your order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–8 business days after processing.
International shipping times vary by destination and customs.

Shipping estimates are provided at checkout and may vary based on carrier delays or peak-season demand.

Note: Wrap Haus partners with trusted production and fulfillment vendors to create custom products made specially for each order.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.


Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement if eligible.


Holiday Season Policy

Due to the nature of seasonal and holiday-themed products,
all holiday orders are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

We recommend ordering early to ensure holiday arrival.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Wrap Haus is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Please contact the carrier directly if tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package.


Address Errors

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order ships, we cannot refund or resend.

If the package is returned to us, we will gladly reship once shipping costs are paid.
